- Due to change of mind on a item DNA SOLE will not provide a refund or an exchange.

- Refunds and exchange are not provided, unless the item is severely damaged provided by evidence. Once we have received the return item back and confirmed it meets with our "Returns & Exchange Policy" the purchase price will be fully refunded excluding delivery charges.

- You must provide evidence of your payment and confirmation number in order to initiate a refund or exchange process.

- You must return the item within 14 days of purchase to claim a refund, or an exchange.

​

- The item must be unworn, unwashed and kept in its orgininal packaging and remained tagged.

​

- You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us back.

Return process

- Returns may take up to 10-15 full business days from when you shipped the pracel. Once the item has been recieved it may take 1-3 business days to recieve a refund. For exchange 7 full business days, however international returns may take slightly longer requesting for an exchange around 14 full business days.
